Mexican and Puerto Rican Food With Flair Café el Sol, located in the heart of Milwaukee's Hispanic community, within the United Community Center, specializes in both Mexican and Puerto Rican cuisine—adding more than a touch of flair to your next breakfast, lunch or dinner. The unique and very popular Friday evening fish dinner buffet offers both broiled and fried fish with a variety of Latin cuisine.
