The Oaks, a casual eatery in beautiful Ogden Canyon is a full service eatery serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, take out and a children's menu. The Oaks provides a unique relaxed atmosphere for your dining experience. Seating is available indoor and outdoor along the Ogden river. The Oaks is the oldest continuing business in Ogden Canyon dating back to 1907. In 1981 The Oaks and surrounding 160 acres was purchased by the current owners, Keith and Belinda Rounkles. Today, the family-friendly, home-style eatery has a rugged Western decor, accented by historic photos, maps and postcards. Food is good, solid, American fare. Breakfast is served daily until noon, featuring The Oaks "World Famous" Huevos Rancheros and unique omelets. Lunch and dinner menus bring a variety of burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Dinner further offers pasta, charbroiled steaks, "Canyon Chicken", salmon, and much more. Utah micro-brews and other domestic beers, heavy beer and wine are available. Finish the evening with a delicious dessert or choose from our various flavors of locally made Farr's Ice Cream.
