We also have a complete line of our own seasonings. Frank's offers catering for your special events from casual to formal, along with concession and restaurant supplies, and deer processing. The holidays bring special items such as smoked hams and turkeys, and a favorite our own Cajun Smoked Turkeys. In 2011, Frank's Dixie Meat Center was able to add a lunch menu, which is served Monday through Friday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.
