Since its opening in 1993, the locally owned and operated Mediterranean Restaurant has become a Boulder, Colo. institution. The centrally located Med, as the restaurant is called, has become an ideal gathering spot for lunch or dinner. The lively atmosphere, authentic d cor and creative cuisine all reflect the region that inspired the restaurant. The menu includes Italian, French, Greek and Spanish influences.
